Having a 30 year relationship with overseas mills and our own manufacturing facilities allows us to offer competitive pricing with the ability to custom manufacture locally. The ability to import from trusted suppliers and manufacturers, coupled with our high-end manufacturing and finishing capabilities, gives our customers high-quality results at reasonable prices. If a customer wants a product customized we can run it through our finishing line for a truly made-to-order product.

RECLAIMED LUMBER PROCESSING
Process reclaimed lumber into finished product - perfect for recycling! Includes metal detection and removal. We are one of the original pioneers in the Portland area for resurfacing and profiling waste wood into high quality finished products that are both earth-friendly and aesthetically pleasing.
CUSTOM MOULDING & MILLWORK
We offer a wide range of custom moulding and millwork shapes and options up to 8in wide.
CUSTOM FLOORING
Our mill can create custom tongue and groove flooring - you choose the species, size, and finish. We've created flooring up to 2-1/2" thick double-tongue, all the way down to 3/8" thick in a wide variety of widths. Paneling options include T&G, ship lap, nickel gap, etc.
COLD PRESS FACE GLUING
We offer cold press face and edge gluing in a variety of sizes.
RADIO FREQUENCY EDGE GLUING
We offer radio-frequency edge gluing services in a wide variety of widths, lengths, and thicknesses.
WATER-BASED STAINING LINE
We offer the ability to custom stain using water-based stains to create the ideal look for your project.
END-MATCHING
We offer end-matching, PET, and custom end work on our double end tenoner up to 10ft long.
RIP SAW
Our rip saw rips lumber to any desired width from 2" to 34" wide. Our skilled rip saw operators maximize yield from random width lumber.
RESAW
We can resaw everything from boards to beams in a variety of sizes.
PREFINISHING
We offer the ability to apply UV cured top coat finishes in a variety of gloss-levels, including UV oil and UV urethane. We have the ability to custom match prefinish options to a client-provided sample.
OIL FINISHING & UV CURING
We offer oil-based stains and UV curing in any color you can imagine.
CONTAINER LOADING & UNLOADING
We have the capability and resources to load and unload containers at our mill location.
WIRE BRUSHING
We have wire brushing capabilities to texture your finished product in a wide variety of widths up to 13".
CUT LINE
Our cut line has experienced cutters to grade and cut complex requirements for finished products and OEM parts.
SPRAY LINE
The spray line gives us the capability of prefinishing moldings, decking, and other custom wood products.
